Hi,

My file is at NDVO too.
Aor 11th Jan 2018.

@Lakhanpal.saurabh - Have you landed in canada? How did you carried your funds. cash or Transferred to RBC. Is Bank statement from RBC sufficient as proof of funds at Immigration counter in Canada? Is computer generated statement sufficient or it should be attested by Bank.

Dear Lakhanpal.saurabh and all
I'm new to this thread as now feeling low thinking if it might not work. My AOR is Aug 2017, medicals passed in oct 2017 and in IP2 this year, it's already May and we have not heard yet on the application which is at ndvo from long time.
We haven't paid the rfpr and now I have resigned and if my hubby has to also three months notice he needs to be so we will be Aug first week then and our medicals will expire the day we did was aog 5th 2017. So either we get some news befr July to pay rfpr then ppr else I'm not sure if remedicals will speed up process.
We did cse and got reply that it's in process that's all then recently did gcms notes and maybe in a month get reply but this whole things gives no clarity for future. Meanwhile I'm preparing myself so I can attend jobs when I go but would this work for us it's frustrating.
Got a small kid too so schooling also worries.
Is there any contact for ndvo.i tried number ending with 2000 and we don't get update on calls.
How or what can we do now
Any suggestions help.
Thank you
Grace

Do you have any siblings in Canada? If so, please try getting them to ask their local MP- this has worked wonders for many. Bonne chance.

Thanks for your reply but I do not have any sibblings at Canada.

What is MP mean.

Thankyou

MP, as in, Member of Parliament. Another option is for you to call up CIC or order GCMS notes.

Okay, nopes no hold of people as such.we did raise a cse but reply was generic as in it's still in progress and raised later gcms so awaiting for that.
Getting worried on the delay
