My bad
Criminality is passed security and eligibility says not started

I am extremely sorry for the wrong communication ... also if i check my notes Agaisnt the A11.2 decision they have mentioned review required since it does not says ‘met’ shld this bother us

Thanks

Have they mentioned any document numbers while describing the a11.2...
Also check top right corner of each page if you can find a number written there .... Like 16(c)...

To be true it's hard to comment on the gcms without seeing them...

Review of eligibility from CIO is definitely not a normal course of application..

Monday was not a day for fswo... June PNP guys saw movement.. to ip2... 23-23-24-28-30 June are the aors I came to know about. Am not in the groups now and only sticking my the once admin-ed by me so the information flow is broken and is delayed.

As per my eye.. I am seeing a wave of ip2 coming in next few days for leftovers of June and July across PNP and Fswo.. I also se this happening in next three days.. and PPR drizzle at the end of it.. hopefully.

You've been one of the most patient folks around buddy, I see "the promised land" n if I can you sure as hell CAN.

Think of it this as a full meal being served in our marriages/functions. Its good the uncle ahead of ur seating location is being served the vanilla sundae n that you maybe still midway through your pulao. You gotta enjoy the pulao now n no use yelling for the ice cream. YOU WILL GET YOUR vanilla ice cream, just a matter of time!

Think of how far you've made it thus far, what about the 400-ish guy waiting for his ITA? or the girl whose manager isnt thrilled to provide her with a emplo. letter... get it?? sorry for the long post, i know it sounds goofy at best but hang in there.

I wish you well, I mean all of us really do!
Thanks @jackbauer. your encouraging words keeps the hope alive.

is it safe to assume that when they ask for ur passport its for visa stamping... i mean more specifically what is the process when there is a rejection? I'm currently on IP2. I expect a PPR email soon. Is it safe then to assume that my application has been approved and all is well? Or is it smarter to wait till u get back your passport to know for sure?
First of all get rid of the thought that there could be a rejection. Relax mate. All is well. Just a matter of time. They send PPR only when your application is approved but the account will display approved only post stamping.

Some ppl got within a week, but in the automatic reply they say a 30 days timeline.
I have not yet received any response other than the automatic reply from NDVO, for the query i raised last week

Situation has turned to grim from optimistic till friday.
@Lakhanpal.saurabh - koi news?
No news .. just one person on immitraker ...21/6 fswo has updated 1p2 but without the mention of exact date...

its like NDVO has decided they will redefine the limits of testing someones patience! so close and yet so far... people got ppr mins after their na2 to ip2 but for those who got their ip2 on friday they have decided to take their time. i guess its coming but they will make sure we dont get too quick or too easy!

Guys, I urgently need some help analysing my file. I had ordered GCMS notes on 23rd October and got them on 23rd November.
Criminality & Medical: Passed Security & Eligibility: Not Started
AOR: 21-Aug-2017 No Additional Documents Required and File Transfer to NDVO: 17th October 2017

1) what do you think is the expected PPR request date based on recent experience. I have been reading this forum a lot, but not able to figure out if Delhi office has slowed down now or increased it pace.

2) Also, in the notes, the officer from Ottawa has approved/recommended everything positively. The only thing he has asked to review is the funds. It says "Family of 3 requires $18,617. Review Required". I had shown about $50,000 in mostly in Stocks and about $8000 in Savings Accounts. Is that acceptable to the Consulate or should I sell my stocks and show $20,000 in savings account and send them latest statements again. Please let me know if they accept Investment in Stocks as proof of funds.

3) i am already in Canada, do you think I will need to go back to Delhi to submit my passports when i get a request, or can i send them with some family or friend, or should i try to submit them in Detroit or New York Consulate?

1. Expect ppr in later half of December.. may stretch to Jan mid .. as students last min rush and holidays may have an effect.
2. The stocks are not considered as liquid funds and you should liquidate at the earliest and present them with bank statement on urgent basis as you already have a review on it. I suggest not do delay it by even a day as this could be lead to rejection as soon as the file will be picked up by ndvo for processing.

3.you can submit the passport at any vfs in this world after ppr upon prior intimation to ndvo/Ottawa id through a cse.
