Thanks for confirming, all others who have this DM16340 please comment, he is the slow guy who is not opening our files.....
I don't mean to be rude, but what exactly are you going to get by understanding who else has the DM16340 agent?

please dont think that way. i did not get that feeling at all from your message. Its just that when a better sense prevailed and i thought, why am i writing all this over here, where respectable people like you are contributing so much time to tackle this issue with us June and other month folks. So thats why i thought of apologising. but thanks for understanding.
Okay I get you now, nothing to worry, all good:):). Thanks for your kind words.
Really looking forward towards tomorrow, feels it will be our day.
Could you please confirm, if you ordered GCMS, the agent I am asking about?

Just trying to fail/confirm a theory... batch theory..
This is just a terminal id... It will be in every note upon receiving in ndvo...

Batch code is seen when file is in ip2... Where group number is given.. these groups are the locations of file with a perticular processing teams.. the group and promotion of files was clearly mentioned in gcms manual I saw...

It happens sometimes, sometimes you need to call them 2-3 times also, to save time, press the options quickly they go 1111122, that cuts the call down to approx 3 minutes. Also better call them around their early hours like 9.30 AM Canadian time, rush is very less and wait time is only 5-7 minutes for talking to an agent.

Thanks for the help as always Gurik!
