I have been a regular silent follower of the forum. I would like to inform u guys that I have got my PPR mail today.

my timeline as follows
AOR june 9
Med passed and IP 1 July 7
NA 1 july 11
we do not need add documents file transfer to NDVO 22 august
IP2 missed maybe nov15/16
PPR mail nov 16 -8 :57 am from delhiimmigration email id
The info from this forum has been invaluable in the journey to PPR

you are correct. My file was transferred with 11th September batch to NDVO, but @debz1986 got IP2 first (27th September). So there is no sequence being followed. No issues till everyone gets the PPR.

I feel its just random and no sequence can be formed... Dont worry you guys will get it soon for sure!!!

What exactly happens to the application at a stage wen ADR is not needed and background chk is NA?

At this point your file is transferred to a processing center... Local or Ottawa.. you need to send an email enquiry to know the same.
