I am sharing my complete timeline:

AOR - 20th July
Medical Pass: 30th July
IP2: 14th August
PPR request: 26th Oct
Passport submitted to VFS: 26th Oct
Passport received: 2nd November

First Office : Ottawa
Second Office: New Delhi
