I actually asked because some people just assume their visa office is new delhi as they are from India, whereas many are actually at Ottawa office.
Thanks for confirming, i really hope other June folks get IP2 as well soon and NDVO has not just skipped early June this time.

Do you mean, even if I have applied from India, my application could still be processed in Ottawa? If yes, does it get transferred to NDVO at later stage at all?
My AOR is 30/05/3017. I emailed CPC Ottawa on Tuesday to check my status, and they replied that my file is still in their office.
Considering the fact that it's been around five months, do you think it will be finalized in Ottawa itself?
I want to thank all the veterans for all their insights even when they have received their PPR.

Latest for ndvo guys... Last file date I saw is 30/5 for fswo and 27/5 for PNP (Friday) ... And the best news came from a person who is may 15 aor and ip2 on infamous 22/8. The got an email reply telling him that his file was approved on 20/10 at ndvo and PPR will be sent soon. This guy emailed CPC citing that ndvo call center is not responsive and emails replies take more than a week. He asked CPC to share status as he has been waiting since 22/8 at ip2.

This is very good news for all 22/8 stuck and new ip2 in past week at ndvo.

Hi,
Thank you for the update. Its a positive ray of hope.
But, I think there is some miscommunication or i'm misunderstanding it.

There were two lots which were sent to NDVO , one was 18/19 July lot and one was 22 Aug lot. When the files were transferred to NDVO the file status was NA2 and not IP2.

Since last few (2-3) weeks, NDVO files are moving from NA2 to IP2. (31 March AOR to May first few weeks AOR I suppose)

Can you please re-confirm that the file of the person you are mentioning was IP2 on 22 Aug or NA2 on 22 Aug.

Hi,
Indian files might or might not get transferred at NDVO.
If they have mentioned that your file is at Ottawa and is not shifted at NDVO, then it might not shift now.
But, generally speaking Ottawa files of May AOR are cleared unless there is some thing which is unusual.
I would suggest you to email / call them and ask specifically for Medical/Criminality/Eligibility/Security. If that is not helpful, order GCMS notes.

Our files are stuck bcz NDVO is working very very slowly.

Am super sure... Well there has been file transfer almost daily in July August and even now... So yes there were many many MAY and April AORs who got IP2 on 22/8.. we have got whatapp groups of them..:) .. ya why this date ... because worked stoped on this date and a chunk of people got stuck at ip2..

Yes July ip2 was also stuck.. it contained March and April AORs.. many got cleared in past three weeks at a very very slow rate...

Now since past 4 days.. evidently.. may aor .. PNP and fswo got movement.. no PPR... But ip2... Most of them had file transfer date of 17 August (last heard)... Similarly.. last herd fswo was 30/5 aor and of PNP was 27/5 aor...

Seems like they opened the 17 August batch... Also then Friday... Indi88 and Madan shreshta (Nepali file at NDVO) got email replies.. of which madans reply was later .. or today morning .. he citied that ndvo doesn't reply and writes to Ottawa.. he gets a clear answer that his file was approved on 20/10... And he got his ip2 on 22/8... I have come to believe that most (to be safe) ip2 of 22/8 and new ones have got approved... And are just waiting to be issued PPR this coming week...:)

Thanks for the information. WRT the delay, I know my file is not a simple case. So, I am going to wait until my six months are over before pursuing to find out the reason for delay.

1. If you are in ip2 or na2... Being 30/5 aor ... ... And have no additional documents requested or do not have extensive travel history then most likely you are at new delhi Visa office.

2. You should again send an email and this time ask for primary and secondary visa office name.

Hi Guys, I recently received my GCMS notes and I am in NA2 since 25th July and my file is currently in NDVO since 2nd week of September.

Your Eligibility needs a review. Before being overtly worried try and find some detailed information on the last pages of your GCMS notes. You may hide your personal info from the agent review notes and post the same here for better understanding.

Good for us Doc, seems 11 EE Econ is done but security, criminality. No info. hidden on my file. (No mention of s15/s.16 anywhere). I guess if they're following FIFO, you should be really close to my PPR but my file was transferred on 22nd Aug. When are you planning on the third set? @drCAN

Also R75, R76 AND A11.2 are all met n done. Is this any good? Your thoughts?? @Scorpman21

Did you just say that gcms generation just triggered your friends file to action @Lakhanpal.saurabh ? This is my second gcms so far. When do you think ideally should I order the third?
