If you are calling from India, call between 6 PM-6.30 PM Indian time, very less rush, only 5-10 minutes wait period, call goes through in 1-2 tries mostly.Tried for an hour. It kept saying agents busy and disconnected.

Hi prisai,AOR 4 April
Med pass June 6
NA on same day
Additional docs changed from being reviewed to we do not need on 19 July
Probably file transferred on 20 July
File at NDVO confirmed by email response on 25 July
No update since then
Congratulations on IP2, I guess your are the first June IP2 from NDVO!My application is also at NDVO since 11th Aug, as per the customer service agent at CIC.
AOR 1st June
At IP2 since 31st July'17.
I have ordered my GCMS notes today and have also written to NDVO, but no response yet.
Hey- how do you confirm that you are at IP2, as status doesn't say these words. Someone from the forum only told me that my application is at IP2, so I am not sure.Congratulations on IP2, I guess your are the first June IP2 from NDVO!
NDVO issued PPR to few IP2 ppl of May maybe today or day before, hope your follows soon. Keep us posted.
They normally do not respond to any e-mails etc., NDVO has some tough thick skin unlike Ottawa, I'm afraid its least likely they will respond, i do hope they do! All the best dear.
Yes, that what it shows since 31st july'17. So IP2 then I guessThe row "Background check" in your application status will show "We are processing your background...."
It takes 4-8 working days only. Be patient my friend, its all done now, you will be getting it soon.is there anyone who sent passport to NDVO after PPR and waiting to receive it back? Any recent timeline will be helpful.
Indeed, though mostly for NDVO files IP2 starts when Visa Officer opens your file, this is rare that IP2 started before file was transferred, maybe CIO did all the processing, lucky you then mate!Yes, that what it shows since 31st july'17. So IP2 then I guess
A Visa Officer checks the file and all documents and verify all checks including eligibility to be passed correctly and if any further review or verification is required or not, and if satisfied he/she finalises the file and issues PPR.what does exactly happen at NDVO once the file is transferred?
