how did u submit upfront medical.... i am doing day after tomorrow

Before dispatching the file. I took appointment and gone for the medical and then attached the photocopy of medical receipt with additional checklist that copy of medical receipt attached. Fortunately, it's showing passed.

CIC requested to pay RPRF.
Do i have to pay it through eservices.ca like a paid the application fee?
Once paid, how can i notify cic about the payment?
