I applied on August 21 and I’m waiting for my checking background from 5 months

100% my case...I applied on August 2017.. I did my Interview in April and waiting till now the security checks

I applied back in Nov 2017 to sponsor my husband from Lebanon. He received a pre arrival service letter in the beginning of September 2018 and we are waiting to hear back from the background checks. Anyone know how long background checks take?

Dear no one know how long it will take i am stuck in background check from 5 months some cases are stucks from more than 8 and 9 months so good luck

How come 9 months of security? Have you requested notes or emailed them?

Does anyone know if you can apply for a visitor visa if your sponsoring your spouse at the same time?

Hey lama when did you apply? And what was the due date at the end of your notes when you ordered them a few months back .

i applied November 8, 2017 they started processing january 23, 3018. The due date was January 24, 2019. But i don’t think it means they will make a decision by that time as there are some people who have passed the 12 months processing time.

When was the medical done? Hopefully we all hear the answers we are looking for soon !

Hi what are good things to write in my letter to prove to them i want to live in canada with my wife??? Please help i am applying for my wife in lebanon we have been married 4 years i am a born canadian i had work in lebanon and now work isnt so good we have a 2 year old son who is canadian citizen and my father mother and all my siblings live in canada i just need help to what i should say for proof of staying in canada forever
