What is the day of your old card expiry. Mine is 23 Feb

I called them yesterday and was told card is in production from Sep 13th and if I don't receive PR card or hear from them by 1st week of Oct, then I should give them a call.

My application reached Jul 13th.

Yay!! My renewal PR card arrived today, this process went quite quickly. As I was expecting Ecas to change, before the card was received. My ECAS is still showing application in process. It was a huge surprise!

My old PR card was due to expire Oct 17, 2016

Hello Ray2112,
I was silently monitoring your case regarding the PR card renewal and found that both of us share the same timeline. My case is
1.We received your application for a permanent resident card on May 24, 2016.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 19, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on July 19, 2016.

After this I got an email on 26 Aug that my PR card cannot be issued since my photo is not correct. So I send new one which reached them around 2 Sept. After waiting 2 weeks and no response I called the call center where they did not give much info and told me to wait patiently.

I applied for the card on sep 27, application delivered on sep 28. No updates on application status online. I called CIC and agent said, AOR will come when officer picks up app ! Right now we are working on apps from July.

I am in the same boat as you. All what we can do is to wait. I think there is no chance that IRCC send us a second review notice since our application already passed four months. But there is still a small chance they might go with that. Its all spiculations.

Since our applications have passed 90 days without requesting anything by IRCC, there is no way to send it to secondary review. As for KRP, this is a good sign when they request a new photo, this means your card went for production.
As Ray said, we have to be patient!
