Hi everyone! I am January 14, 2015 applicant. I received my AOR last March 18, 2015 then my SA last March 23,2015 and forwarded to manila visa office the application paper of my husband in the Philippines. But I am curios how come some January 2015 applicant have already update for the passport request of their spouse back at home.

Usually Manilla ask for PPR at the very beggning of the process.

additional documents, Appendix A, B , then to pay RPRF
May 1, 2015- Sent additional documents, appendix A and RPRF receipt.
My question is is this a good sign that our visa will be approved? .. comments really appreciated

I am going to share my timeline with you, but we likely have different visa offices, so what happened in my case may not be the same as what will happen in your as far as timeline.
Visa Office: Mississauga (London)
Application Rec'd : Dec 19
AOR: February 27
SA Approval: March 17
Request for RPRF & Medical & IMM5490: March 17
Medical sent: March 19
RPRF & docs sent: March 24
Passport & Photo Req: May 4
ECAS updated to DM: May 4

We didn't hear anything after paying the RPRF, or sending the medical, and ECAS did not update online until Monday May 4 when the status was changed to DM. I would sit back and try to relax, things from my perspective (which is by no means an expert one) are looking positive for you.

I think it depends on the officer.

Hi Bella! nothing yet...no email or update from Visa office Manila..I am so worried now coz lots of January, 2015 Applicants have their PPR already..

Just reallybothered now cause the VO manila only asked Additional docs, Appendix A, and RPRF. . No PPR.
