just a letter stating that your relationship/marriage is genuine?
is there a special format you used?

Wait until aor/SA and then send it to the visa office with s letter explaining why your sending the form and ur uci number that your file was transferred to. I am on the same boat I forgot to send 2 notarized letters and incorrectly filled the common law date. Hopefully they will be able to match up the new form to ur application.

Hub had financial tie-ups in London, and I can't just ask him to uproot and move here immediately.
Plus he's free to travel and visit us - so there was no rush. I am actually sort of enjoying being a
"single" parent.

I just stacked my forms together and send them ??? hope they will not complain lol or not suffer through my file :'(, the good thing I put all forms in order as the check list hahhhaha

NEW IMM0008 FORM FEBRUARY 2015

CIC updated IMM 0008 form again! but i don't see any difference from the Nov 2014 version.
Hopefully they won't request us to fill up the new forms anymore and proceed with the processing.

geeeez cic you guys should focus on receiving and reviewing applications and not on updating forms! :'(

what the hell they updated the form, I applied on Feb 14, 2015. In which date they updated the form. This sucks

Nothing special, i let them write it how they wanted and they all added pictures of themselves with my husband and they sent me copies of their id's ...

Don't worry, I didn't go out of my way to do any special organisation either. I used the checklists and just stacked it all up in order. I did separate it into 3 sections with paperclips though: the sponsor's part, my part, and then the relationship evidence. I'm pretty sure we'll be fine.

Its not necessary that they ask for new form. If you verify it with earlier form nothing has changed. The applicants who are sending their applications now have to send the updated forms. They only ask for the updated form, if there are substantial changes.
On the form, it still shows 11-2014...so nothing on the form has changed...chill

We did the same, just organised per the checklist and clipped into 2 piles.
