We almost have the same timeline and my husband is also living in Winnipeg. Hoping and Praying also for visa update this month. If possible, I really want to come before 21st of this month coz it's my husband's birthday. And I Believe in God's perfect time!

Gosh, ever since last week, I've been constantly checking the ECAS, eventhough I know it just updates on Tuesdays. I've always been sooo patient with immigration applications but when I heard that one of the April applicants already have decision made status on permanent residence application, I've been impatient with our update too.

My husband feels the same way. But still, we have lots of things to be thankful for.. PPR in just 3 months when we first started the application is soo much better than the other applications before.. I think most of us here are on the same page.

Let's keep on praying.

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on March 16, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

We have heard nothing since the letter I received in May and... as you all know, it's so difficult to plan a life when you have no idea what the heck is going on. Someone send some positive vibes/info my way, please.

I'm pretty sure I'm being impatient, but I really have no idea what to expect. I have so many friends from all over the place who have had so many different (recent) experiences. I know that most of you are in the same boat as us, but I was wondering if anyone has an inkling as to when we can expect to be able to have him move here, that'd be greeeeeeeeeat.

i think majority of the applicants now are currently application received.. Even tho they passed their passports already

Hi CanMer I am in the same boat my hubby's application was received on April 7, 2015 and I was approved for Sponsorship on June1, 2015 since then nothing. No communication from the Visa Office at all. So you are not alone. There are a lot of us like that. All we can do is hope and stay positive that our time will come.

I know it is a little frustrating and we see others that get processed very quickly. Hang in there, you're not alone.
