It's little bit frustrating..
It says:
We received your application to sponsor ___ on April 13, 2015.
We started processing your application on May 5, 2015.
We sent you correspondence on June 5, 2015 about the decision on your application.

But we still haven't received any email or mail. The address is correct. I don't think postal would take such a long time...

When I called yesterday..they said "It has only been 5 days since we made inquiry, don't call back until your status changes to descion made online"...wtf?

So frustrated!

I applied on April 27th and received first AOR on 20th May! I am still waiting on my SA and when I called CIC last week, the lady said you were approved on June 22nd and you should wait for the letter, it might take two weeks. But today, I noticed that so many April 29th applicants receiving SA and my ECAS is still showing in process!! I called CIC again and the guy said there is no update on your file whether its approved or not! The decision is still pending and he is going to email about this matter! I should wait until Sep 30th to get some update! This is so frustrating! I have already booked ticket to India to fly back and spend sometime there, I think I have to cancel my plan until I receive SA. CIC is so unfair sometimes!

Keep checking your ECAS (that's the best bet). I realized I didn't get a the document that ECAS says CIC has sent. I called them up and they said to fill out the "Case specific inquiry" form and give your email id in it too. Below is the form link:

In all honesty, calling 4 times can actually help if one doesn't get a helpful rep. at first, but eventually gets lucky and gets a rep. who actually cares to look into details and provide a helpful answer instead of just asking to wait.

I'm still waiting for SA...still showing in process and CIC has no clue why. Waiting for Mississauga to reply on the inquiry. I will try to call them again tomorrow.

somethink is wired here, myabe they find out u missing somethink or problem with sponsor, i hope will end it soon and u get ur SA as soon as possible

Hello Lamja, I'm actually the Sponsor. I submitted everything requested so I doubt I'm missing anything. The only concerned would be that I was married before but my husband was never married. I was sponsored to come to Canada 10 years ago by my ex-spouse...so maybe this is a red flag. I don't understand what else could be in question.
