2015 April-Outland spousal application

Just tried looking myself up with the receipt number, and it doesn't seem to work. UCI works fine.

Didn't get AOR email, but ECAS has been updated to show that my application was received on 28th April, Medical has been received and Sponsorship is in process

how do you think this? how were you able to get into ECAS?

I am still waiting to hear anything. My application was received via courier by Mississauga on April 7, 2015. All I have is the IMM Receipt number and I check daily with update - just says it can't find my information. It is frustrating when looking at everyone else having updates and sharing good news. :-[

That being said I am hopeful that in the next couple of weeks I will get a communication from them. they are working on applications March 23, 2015 about 2 weeks ago so I should hear something soon.

It is stressful waiting but I am thinking positive. ;D

Guys our sponsorship application was received on 8 april and based in processing time update which was for those in 23 march, i think the process of people submitted theirs in the first week of april must have been started. Counting 57 days we must hear some SA news by the first week of june. What do you think guys?

I have not been given the UCI number. The only other number that I have is the number that was used on the medical form and you can't look it up that way.

Hang in there. I didn't get an AOR email either. I happened to have a UCI, so i was able to check using that. If you/the sponsor don't have a UCI, there isn't much you can do besides waiting. Hopefully you will straight away get a SA letter soon. Good luck to everyone, i hope there are lots of SA given this week.

He does not have a PR card. This is just us starting the process for him to come. He is living in New York and we applied to have him come and live here in Canada. He has only come to visit me here in Canada. The start of a long process.

So all we have is the IMM receipt number. :

No need to worry. As the CIC waiting time indicates they are working on applications received on March 23. I am not surprised you haven't heard. It will happen soon.

So I'm mailing off my husband's FBI check today since we sent off a channeled report I have attached a copy of my SA approval to it so Ottawa doesn't mess up and lose it. Has anyone else started getting really depressed about this ordeal? It's been over a month and I know we have 8 more months to go but this is so painful...I check this thread everyday and the Ottawa VO threat in hopes for movement for july/august/Sept applicants...but nothing...sigh..well there was my vent for the day...sorry about that

I am with you. It can be depressing when you think you have to live with out your other half for so long. :-[ Try to think positive. There are others that have to wait up longer. Just keep praying and thinking positive! We can get through this.

Maybe try checking every two days instead of everyday. That might help relieve some stress. Of course I say this and I am on everyday looking!

Probably you can expect AOR1 in this week.
My timeline was also similar and I received AOR last friday.
