Wish I knew the answer to your problem, sorry I can't help :(. Have you try getting NSO to fix the error, clearly it is on their part for not spelling it write.
 
Hi everyone! ask ko lang tong photos na nasa 3905 na form. Kahit ikaw lang ang applicant you need to send din ng photos para sa family mo na ndi naman kasama?

Supply nine (9) recent photos for each member of your family and yourself (accompanying and non-accompanying). Photos submitted must be properly labeled at the back with the applicant's name, date of birth and signature. Follow the instructions in Appendix B: Photo Specifications.
 
Hi everyone, I'm in my first step of the application for spouse sponsorship, I'm still gathering more evidence to prove that our relationship is genuine. Can anyone tell me what should I do or what will be the additional requirements that I should gather? I have here photos from our civil wedding, family events, trips, reception. I have here also our SKYPE and FB messages but it's in our dialect (Cebuano) do I have to translate it to English and have it notarized?. I also asked some of my friends and family members to write a letter to testify that our relationship is genuine. Please share to me what you did in your application for me to have some ideas how to prepare the application. Thank you po!

Hi sis! Hindi pa din ako nkakapag submit ng mga documents pero almost done na ako gathering our proof of relationship. add mo din mga receipts nyo nung civil wedding nyo like yung sa reception or yung mga ginastos nyo for the wedding. para sa translation naman ng conversation, meron ako nabasa dito dati na they translated their conversations or letters in english pero by themselves lang inexplain lang daw nila na if Visa Officer insist na official ung translation they will provide and comply sa gusto nila. Pero according to her naman ndi na kinailangan pa. And sabi din ng friend ko na kakarating lang ng Canada, nagpasa sya mga love letters nila pero ndi naman na nya tinranslate pa sa english as is na lang daw nya.

For other proof, ung mga marriage license nyo sama mo na din or mga love letters nyo before.
 
Hi! May nabasa din ako same as yours na you can send them the messages though it's not translated in English but they'll just provide if they will ask for it. Meron din nag-reply sa akin na we can send less chat/messages if we have other proof daw. We can translate some of the messages to English. How many photos did you gather as proof?
 
Hopefully my application package will get forwarded to Manila very soon! I'm applying from Korea!

Hi! In my own understanding, it is only for you and or if you have dependents. :) if the person being sponsored is ikaw lang, you just need to submit them your photos.:) goodluck!:)

Hi,

I have a lot of photos to submit by categories kasi ginawa ko

1. Just us photos (from old to new)
2. Photos with friends
3. Photos with family
4. Prenuptial photos
5. Wedding Photos
6. Honeymoon photos
 
I am almost done with all my documents and it will be ready to sent however upon checking my AOM the spelling of my husband's name was incorrect and I tried to talk to NSO but they said that it was the spelling reflected in their system. Then I went to local civil registry in Quezon City hall yesterday and they told me that although it was correct in their data and NSO was incorrect I need to petition this for correction and it will take 2 months to process. I also asked for a Sworn Affidavit through our City Council who is a Lawyer by profession.

Questions:

1. Does VISA Officer will get confused for the authentic of our marriage since it was my second petition for correction of the typographical errors from my marriage certificate?

2. Does it will affect the process?

3. I will be sending Sworn Affidavit and the Petition Letter for the attachment of my marriage cert to justify the errors.


Please advised me on this.

ganyan din ginawa ko pero di pa lang tapos heheheh...you think ipapadala ko lahat messages sa FB at SKYPE and just say na I'll provide translation upon reques?

Its up to you pero ndi naman na siguro kelangan lahat, just a few conversation lang better kumuha ka ng konting old and then present conversations nyo add ka din mga video conversation photos nyo if meron ka (screen capture) ako kasi few email conversations lang pra madali iprint hehehe. Hindi na kasi kame gumamit ng skype eh..
