I thought it would be a good idea to know the processing timelines for applicants from South Africa. I am from the March group and would like some glimmer of hope from fellow applicants .

Thanks Musikwala. I believe that seem to be the case. Well, we can only keep being positive for speedy processing of our applications. I can see yours has been on since 2015. Any recent movements? or do you already have your PR?

Yaa.....I think most South Africans think more about Australia than further north hence why we are very few here.....

Let's hope we get all sorted soon......the wait is a bit painful as you really cannot plan much until you know kkkk

You can say that again. Its like living in limbo, you can't make serious plans because one have no idea when the PPR will be sent.
May I ask if yours is the express entry or the previous paper application?

So yaa.....it's a long wait......

So from the GCMS notes, any sign that the File is still with CPC Ottawa or is now here with the LVO, Pretoria? What did you deduce there?

Nice to see this group. My file is in Pretoria since November. Got GCMS notes last week and everything looks OK. If they do not have many application, why they are taking long time? My App will complete 6 months this Friday.

It was transferred to Pretoria in November for workload distribution. Transfer note is available in the GCMS notes.
