it seems some of us who sent the sponsorship application in Jan 2014 still have not heard whether the sponsorship has been approved or not.
Have you taken any steps or planning to do anything to find out why our cases are taking so long when a lot of other applications have now been completed and PR has been granted already??
I sent my application in Jan 2014 and payment was accepted by cic.
In June 2014, I got an email saying that my application has been accepted as one of the 5000.
Since then nothing....
I sent a webform request asking for an update - got a reply saying the file is in process. No other info.
Ordered GSMC notes on Oct-12, still waiting for these to come...
What do we need to do to get things moving? Why are our cases taking so long??
