1) My medical was received on 27th May, 2015 but eCAS has not been updated up till today for third line
2) My Police Certificate was received at the MVO on 19th June, 2015. When do I expect decision made and passport request

Hi guys, I got MR and RPRF email on the same day (June 16). I got my medicals done on june 19, but DP said that I needed to get an additional medical examination . So, I went to other doctor, and then I submitted a specialized medical report on june 26.

I'm about to pay RPRF online, and I was wondering if any of you send that payment's proof by regular mail, to MCVO?, or did you just send it by email?. I'm a little confused! Thanks in advance.

I paid online, downloaded the electronic receipt fill it up , scanned it and sent it by email to MCVO and they confirmed receipt and told me that it was not necessary to send it by mail.

A Little update Medicals Done on June 27th.

A question for Cubans, do you know how often the Canadian Embassy in Havana pick ups the results at Hospital Nacional? Do you know if after the pick the results up if they send them electronically to MCVO??

Related to Medicals.

When MCVO confirmed receipt of our RPRF they told me that as soon as I underwent my medical examinations to send then the e-medical tracking sheets. In Cuba doctors do not submit the results electronically, instead the Visa Office in Havana goes to the Hospital and pick up the results and then send the results to MCVO.

My questions:

1- Did you were requested by MCVO to submit the e-medical tracking sheets too?

2- Is any other applicant not from Cuba in the same situation, I mean that the doctors in their country do not submit the results directly? Then what proof did you send to MCVO if e-medical tracking sheets were not available?

3 - For Cubans did you were asked to submit the e-medical tracking sheets? What did you submit instead? Do you know how often does Havana Visa Office pick the results up at Hospital Nacional?
