Koolaid how long MVO took to reply with the confirmation of documents received after you requested the confirmation???

I sent them an email 2 days ago on May 25th asking for confirmation of the docs I sent (according to DHL the docs were delivered on May 21st) and I haven't heard from them yet :(

Ok, guys here is an update. I received an email yesterday from MVO in which they were acknowledging receipt of the documents I sent them last week (RPRF and Meds). They also said that they were still expecting police records to be delivered... so I totally freaked out because I had arranged with the security company to send those over to Mexico. So I called the security company and they told me that by mistake they had sent my results to the Bogota Embassy instead of MVO... any way couple of weeks lost because of the security company's mistake. The take away here, at least for Colombian applicants (because police record process is different), is to make sure by all means that these security companies actually send the reports to MVO.

And so, after almost having a heart attack my police records were sent yesterday to MVO... now I have to wait longer for PPR.... :'(

I sent the documents through email on May 12th. I also sent the documents through regular mail and they were received by MVO on May 18th. I never asked for a confirmation, but they replied yesterday to the email I sent on the 12th.

WOW it took them more than a week to reply. I hope they reply fast because the expiry date that I had to comply with their request it is for next week.

Hello ! I appreciate your response.

I would like to know if they sent you the FBI report directly to your country? or to an US address and then someone sent it to you to your country?
I used an american address and then it was forwarded to me, this way is faster, otherwise it would have taken around an additional month.

Hello to anyone that has being request for additional document
Does they has to be translate? or can be written in english in the first time?

Thank you for the help

Hi All,

Just a little update on my side... I also requested confirmation of reception of PCC to the embassy, but they told me that I had to send the receipts to them and they would ask for the PCCs to the company that does that in Colombia. I think that the process is not very clear, so, I will have to wait, but anyway I sent the receipts and asked again to the company, just to make sure that they sent the PCCs to the right embassy (Mexico).

In the other hand, I decided to pay for the RPRF even though they haven't asked for it. That was just to get myself some peace of mind and to keep my accounting clear from now. I sent the receipt physically (I will also send it by email) with some additional proof of relationship that I decided to send... Now I just have to wait for passport request or any additional documentation that they would ask for.

Hi, did you send the documents through email or courrier?... And, did the embassy confirmed proactively or you asked?

Hey man I have some questions for you!

Did you tranlate all the docs you sent? (Including conversations or emails between you and your wife)

Did they asked you for financial interdependency and proof of cohabitation ?

Thanks a lot in advance!
