Hi Guys, My third line was updated today... Medical results have been received...

My PCC was sent directly to the embassy by the provider here in Colombia and I had to send my Marriage Certificate and proof of my relationship (pictures, receipts, etc)

It seems that I just have to wait for the payment request... :)

Best luck to all of you...

Hello guys. Just to update my timeline.
Medicals done on May 4th and 3rd line on May 13th.

In their request for the medicals they also asked me for proof of relationship between me and my wife (pictures, financial interdependency, proof of cohabitation, etc) as we are newlyweds. For last, they asked for PCC from Argentina and Venezuela. ;)

Hi manapo51,

I was also asked to submit proof of relationship between me and my wife. I have lots of pictures and travel receipts with both our names, but I do not have any documents to show proof of cohabitation or financial interdependency as we live in my mother´s house and all the bills are at her name and here in Cuba joint bank accounts are not common.

Besides photos, travel documents and emails, what other kind of documents did you send to proof the relationship is real? How did you proof cohabitation and financial interdependency?

Thanks

Hi mdlj, the question was not for me, but I was asked for this too. I just sent pictures, copies of our passport stamps showing travels together and some purchases receipts that had both our names on them...

Thanks for the answer jarapablo!

I already have photos and passport stamps but was a little worried about cohabitation proof and financial interdependency proof. Anyways, with the amount of pictures I am going to send, I guess they will be more than pleased ;)

Thanks again!

You can raise an inquiry, but, according to my doctor, for the medicals you can go directly to your practitioner without the IMM1017 (medical request form). You need to provide your UCI or case number, your passport and maybe photos (photos depend on the medical practice), and your doctor should be able to fill you out the form if they're offline or fetch the original one from the system if they have emedical. If you don't want to wait, call your nearest approved doctor and ask them for advice.

In my case, MCVO forgot the PGR letter (mexican PCC) which is mandatory to complete the request. I emailed them and got the letter in 10 working days.

Hi Charalito, I followed your advice and asked an approved panel of physicians (there is only one here in Havana) if I must bring the forms sent by the VO or they could fill them out for me but unfortunately they told me they can only work with forms sent by the VO, so I guess I'll just have to wait until MCVO sends me the forms.

Thanks for your help!!

Yes, I think they would understand... we all have different situations and we don't keep saving proofs of cohabitation for our whole life... Actually, in my case, my wife just started living with me after a few months of knowing each other, but we didn't change any papers or lease/rental contracts... We decided to keep everything simple... So, I think the pictures should be enough...

In my case, I got legally married last year (after I sent my application), so CIC asked for that legal paper too...

Hi Jarapablo I took my exams with Dr Vaillancourt in Bogotá. He is pretty quick as you can see, I got my 3d line one week after exams.

Hi koolaid, thanks for your answer...

It seems that 1 week is the time that it takes from the moment the doctor uploads the info to emedical... I took my exams on Apr 30th but the exams on May 2nd and Dr. Kopec confirmed that he had uploaded on May 6th. And I got my third line yesterday... so, 1 week from the upload...

hello Poketman
Did you get your PR today too? if is YES, don't worry because when you go to UPS here in Santo Domingo, the delivery of the passport will be in the UPS office.
if not you should contact the Visa Office in mexico, via the CIC webpage.
