Not really it depends on your visa office and visa officer, I applied may 2014 and still waiting after meds in `nov

Hi fellow FSW2 applicants, i am really nervous right now.. My closed work permit is expiring in April 2015, applied BOWP online on Feb5. There is a clause in the FSW2 that our work permit should be valid orwe are authorize to work when visa is issued right? So my question, when is the date of visa issuance? Is it the Decision made or once the passport reach Ovisa office and printing has begun?any idea?
