Thanks Chris. I have another question. I didn't choose my visa office because i'm applying from within Canada. As per instruction guide on fsw, when filling up the forms, it says that it does not apply to me. Move on to question #5. When i leave it blank, it was validated and no error. Do you think this is OK?

I doubt coz my file for was returned as i also didn't mention visa office.

Yeah may be they will not return or ask u in other way. Coz it's not even for heaven's sake a big mistake. In my case my name was also written in given name coz i don't use my last name so according to CIC I was suppose to write my full name in last name section. These were two errors for returning my file. I hope they have some other option for you. Keep tracking credit card charge. You can have an idea from it. When my cc was not charged for almost 1 month that gave me a red flag there.

Express entry is starting and i don't know if i can make it there. i'm thinking of sending a new IMM 0008 or calling cic regarding this matter. What do you think?

I don't think it's a big mistake. Don't worry may be they don't even consider it as error. As per oct your cc must be get charged in max 30 days

Guys, the job tittle on my application is different from the one on the reference letter. Will they return my app? If they did i won't have enough time to send a new one (it will be january). Do you think i should apply for a another one now; just to be safe?

Note: Do not select the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) as the immigration office requested to process your application. Although you may be required to submit your application to the CIO, you must indicate the name of an appropriate visa office using the criteria above.

Note: If you are applying from within Canada or being sponsored from within Canada, this question does not apply to you. Go to Question 5.

It mean then you don't have to worry about this because automatically your visa office is cic ottawa. So you are good. Cheer up

There are more chances likely your application may be returned ,, coz that's the main thing they watch for eligibility criteria ,, so I suggest you to file a new application ,, please make sure you match the job title in reference letter , application ,, and also experience letter,, you should also make sure the noc job title matches the job duties too,, gud luck

I got my gcms guys , my due date was given march 21 2015.. And my file was created on march 21 2014 ,, I got my file number on mar27 2014.. By observing the above dates I came to conclusion that the vo people wants us to wait definitely for 12 months ,,

What does "due date" mean?
