Hey Guys,

My sister wants to apply for PR now. I have been helping with the information about occupations and stuff. I got my PR 4 years ago and things have changed. I wanted to know details about sending the documents. Are they sent with application now? Earlier we sent the applicaiton and then we were asked for documents after couple of months. We had 3-4 months to gather them all and send. Is it still the same or it has changed? If we need to send the documents with the application then it is better to start gather them now. Right?

I want to know that I have Heard about FSWP 2014-15 going to open on 1st May
My question is
1) I didn't give IELTS yet....... so if i start today it will take about one month......should i try? You should. After all how many are there who have forecasted the announcement and prepared everything?
2) I will go for NOC 2281 (Network Technician) ..............how much hot NOC is this............? Refer any spread sheet of applicants
3) how long it will take to reach cap in this particular NOC(2281) e.g 1 month or 2 months or long?? How can it be predicted? Depends up on number of applicants
I mean how much time i have to complete my formalities......... As early as possible, take it as a challenge, nothing to loose

She has to send all complete documents in a single package. It's fast track immigration system

Please help I have sumitted my Manitoba Provincial Nominee program application last Sept, but I am still waiting for the approval which I dont know if I will be approved or not.
The new list has my NOC and I want to try to apply in FSW. Do you think it's ok to try or the will reject it because I have 2 applications? Thanks in advance for your advise.

I think there is no harm to have different applications simultaneosly

Hi Mate,
WES should go with the application package, if you are claiming points based on them.
Please contact Indian Embassy in your residing country. Check the websites

Is it suffficient that i need to submit PCC from this country or do i need both PCC's ??

Dears, for those who had experience with application Caps from previous years, how long do you expect for NOC 1111 to reach the Caps ?

As per my previous year experience, 300 cap in some hot occupations was reached in months time. However this year case is different and categories are lot as well as compare to last year.Though it is merely a guess but still i feel hot categories will fill in 2 months time whereas less demanded categories might easily take 6-7 odd months to get filled up. My advise is that in case you have every thing ready send it immediately.

Sorry to hear this, No need as such as it is just the info we need to provide in form. Take an example in case your sister is married it does not mean you have to attached her marriage certificate.
