I totally disagree with your statement because, at this level, there are cases of refusal and pre-screening mails. If there intention is to issue up to 500 FN mail, everybody would have gotten the same. NS said "that they are processing application to reach 150 and if u are not selected to be nominated, your application will be returned to you".
What does this imply to you, it simply means dat as they are issuing FN mails, they are as well assessing the application to issue nomination immediately, from my statistics here and other forums I have being to, all the 5, 6, 7 and even 8 application has gotten their nominations. This is to explain to u that as soon as they reach 150, they will stop issuing FN mails.
Do you know that refusal mail is greater than pre-screening mails?. This is an indication that they cannot go beyond their limit.

This sheet is to track the activity which is done by NSIO and i think this sheet is helping lot because we know which date, category of people getting updates from NSIO..

please note that what you are asking people to mention here are personal INFORMATIONS and you don't expect them to come out here and tell you that for security reasons.
Besides, those numbers are being generated by their system. its not serial and therefore cannot be used to assess number of pre-screening mails NS has issued so far. The best bet is to wait and see what will happen

yes, those that has gotten pre screening has up to 80% chance
