Do you now if someone who have applied to Saskatchewan, was not refused or got Nomination Letter from Nova Scotia?

I need to confirm this, because I am trying to figure out if I was treated equally to others applicants

HI,

From my view point NSIO is looking for strong Academics, solid work experience & adaptability. when you could combine all three effectively in to your settlement plan, it works out well !

agree to some extent. I think settlement plan has the highest priority

What one thing is common for those who received pre-screen email? None applied for SINP. It could be co-incidental. Only time can say.

i also found your case a bit odd...the other forum member, Boston Red Sox also received a refusal pre-assessment letter/email with the advice that his application will be returned and his file closed. i think it was the same case with another forum member (forgot his username)...

in your case, no pre-assessment letter/email but file was just returned.

i heard in fsw cases, there are also unsuccessful applications that do not receive any update for many months and their applications were just being returned with the refusal letter...

@ Pearl8811, is it possible to look at their Settlement plans?
I guess, the main reason for refusal is poor SP.

Let's wait what will happen with my application, cause i did a really good settlement plan, spent 2 weeks gathering informations, employer contacts, contacts with the community, etc., my application was received last march 28th.

When you said you did "really good settlement plan", what exactly does that entail?
Do you mean here that you actually contacted employers and how? By emails etc. and wouldn't you have to prove or show their responses to you etc?
How would you get community contacts? Would you have to know many persons there, or maybe you have relatives in NS? etc. Would NSOI require some proof of other parties responses to you?

I am just wondering how all this could be done in 2 weeks, or would you have had done some work on this long before or already had established connections there?

Just wondering how you would have done this "good" settlement plan?
We all need to learn so in future we can do it properly.

Totally confused and ECA is still under process can't even apply for FSW 2014 till it gets completed.

I was going to send my application at the middle of March, but I preferred to do a real research of important contacts to prepare my settlement as it is

I also have applied for NS PNP. I sent my application on the 21st of March. It was received on 25th of March but never received anything from them like at least a confirmation email that they have received it.

Should it be best to start my application for the FSW2014 already?

As I have read here, many are rejected even though you guys have very high qualifications. That's why I somewhat lost hope in my qualification already....



...will wait till next month or till august????..if nothing new then better go to fsw 2014...
