In my view the application which was received before March 26th will be processed first. Because March 27th they mentioned Notice, 'they received enough application for 150 nomination'. After March 27th its individual risk.

My application was received on March 28th, However above point is my view.

this is a law firm stationed in quebec. So they are promoting Quebec nomination program and demoting NSNP. Quite understandable because it is their business.
NS will nominate 150 applications per NOC code, so that will make a total of 6450 applications (150 X 43 categories = 6450 applications)
On the contrary Quebec will sponsor 6500 applications.
You can see the difference yourself. If quebec requires applications in same 43 categories, they will be taking 163 appliatns per category.

Reading your post, I think that you haven't done your analysis well. By 150 nominations NSIO means 150 nominations across all NOCs. Get your facts right brother.

In NS very tough to get Nomination Certificate where Quebec take processing time but at-least give Selection Certificate. Its very simple like 150 vs 6500. I am not favoring any lawyer but whatever he written its true. Its my opinion.

just one thing as per history NS take much time than quebec...u can see they hvnt started processing ...i agree both tk more time to process.

Secondly as i chked with lawyer (Dvid Coh) in canada...they are going to process All application n send nomination to best...so dnt think it really matter whose envelop is getting opened first...

According to me WES is faster as per my experience.
This report is valid for 5 years.
It is for both the degrees Bachelors and Masters.

Hi User Edithl.....Congratulation but I read you hole 10 posts on this blog,your updates confused others,can you share correct feedback, on 18th march 2014 you updated given remarks-hi everyone, i mailed out my application on March 10,2014, they received it on March 14,2014 at CIO Sydney. waiting for File Number.
Have you applied for RLMD or other category,Bcz all RLMD application received in Halifax while you mentioned your application received by Sydney office.

Hi Edithl...I think you already applied last year in another stream of NOVA SCOTIA and got you Nomination and got your file no now to apply for second stage in Sydney office.
