i have already applied for quebec in feb 2014, can i still apply for nova scotia.
i am registered nurse, can i still be eligible.
can anyone tell me about the cap that how many applications will be accepted.
funds need to be shown at first stage or at federral stage.
total processing time for application.
any input will be highly appreciated.

first stage they promise to answer us in at least three months
second stage depends on your country of applications , some visa offices last 1 year others 2 years.

Removed it to avoid confusion. No body has received any pre-screen email yet.

As per NSNP website , they said that they will do pre-screening and send us communication if our application is complete.

I am a pipe fitter. Noc code 7252. I have send my application on 15th march 2014 and received it on 20th march 2014. When i send my application my category was there in demanded occupational list. But it was removed from current demanded noc list. I think the current list updated on 27th or 28th March 2014 and present list is with effect from 1st april 2014. I am confused. Please advice me.
