Academic IELTS is only for study porpuse, for immigration they always are going to request GENERAL

Q: Do I need to take the IELTS General test if I’ve already passed the IELTS Academic?
A: No, you don’t. You need to prove that you have good ability in English or French, and the IELTS Academic will do that. The different ways that you can prove language competence are outlined in the application guide.

Are you sure this helps you to edit NSNP 100 form? CIC form can be filled by any pdf reader software but NSNP100 strange...

Try it, i filled out the following documents:

-NSNP Regional Labour Market Demand Stream Application Guide.

It´s the best option to do it

I mean to say, are you able to edit NSNP 100 from using this software?? I am sure this software would not provide edit functions and you need to open via this and take print and then fill using pen.

I am correct ?? Or still you feel that NSNP 100 can be edited with this ?

I find it very hard to accept that there is only 150 applicants that are gonna be granted with nomination. We are talking about the whole world, professionals, and aspirants putting all their efforts in this very little chance. I want to stay positive, but it still bothers me. I wish everybody the best of luck on this. Hence, hoping that they will take more than 150, for it is a fact that qualified immigrants/nominees will bring a positive effect in Canada.

First of all, they need to stop receiving applications. (nobody knows when this is going to occur)

After that comes the pre-screening process to see which applications are eligible (here we are going to receive an AOR, probably e-mail, like Saskatchewan) this process could last 3 months or more

Finally the nomination...

a short example...

if 100 people appy to 2171, they are going to take only 5 people
if 200 people apply to 2173, another 5 people
until complete all the noc and 150 nominated

because they are not going to nominate all the applicant from a particular NOC even all meet the criteria.

I wanted to understand that if I apply under NSNP, am I bound to stay in NS or if the job I get is in say AB or BC then can I migrate there.

Is there a cap of number of years that I have to stay in NS. ?

Is it permitted to be employed outside NS and tax submission in NS.?

Are there ways in which one can be a NSNP and live outside NS?

Above I am asking for my brother's consideration in this program.

You can write on NSPN 100 form with following steps:

1. Download NSPN 100 form save in your computer and then open form.
2. On the right top of the page click on "Sign" button.
3. Than click on "Add Text" or "Add checkmark" sign according to your need
4. Put your cursor on text field in your NSPN 100 form and fill your form (for example click on "Add text" sign then click on Family name field and fill your family name in text field).
5. You can fill your whole form to follow above steps
6. You can save your filled form just click on save button.

- Yes, officially you are required to stay in NS for at least 3 years if nominated.

Is it permitted to be employed outside NS and tax submission in NS.?
- Again, officially No. But they have the right to void your PR if they found out that you are not working or staying in NS.

Are there ways in which one can be a NSNP and live outside NS?
- No. The rest is up to you though. If you are planning to apply through NSNP, make sure that you have the intention to stay and live permanently at NS. If you don't have the intention, I suggest that you give way for other applicant who does.

Hi. Upon checking, your job title as a caregiver is not listed on the NOC. Kindly double check it too at their website.

Friends, will NSNP cross check whether our document is currently in process for FSW'13. If yes, they may not nominate.

If we apply to FSW'14 (if opened), later got nominated by NSNP, will CIC or NSNP will withdraw NSNP nomination.

I have submitted my application but i have not submit my settlement plan. Is it necessary? All other documents were completed ,so if the need they will ask or they will reject my application.
