so SAD that your application returned.

Well, what reason they give to return your application?

I am curious to know, please share.

It happened to many people, who submitted in delay for FSW.
The reason for return is 'NOC 2132 CAP was reached' and we are unable to take your application for processing.. They didn't take any money, all documents came back in same condition as I sent. Just they generated UCI number and given back. I don't know whether they scanned all my documents or not.

But they created a data for my application. Canada is genuine, Applicants are not wasting money unnecessary, Canada is not money oriented I think.. But Australia will first charge your money then only other process will happen, before EOI... Now Australia is taking lot of money from our pocket and cheating people/for some giving visa..

I think, they have enough application to select 150 however after 1st April they might send received applications to the store for next year.

150 is not a big amount if we think about the entire globe from where they are getting applications to consider.

They must increase cap to 1500 at least so that some of us will get selected.

Does anyone have any information how much time does NS takes to give nominations for other streams. In the guide they say 1 month or more depending on applications recieved. In the FAQ they say 3 month or more ?? This is so confusing :-(

These so called NS are simply playing with peoples money and emotions. Since their program does not have a deadline and they are nominating only N150 app. why asking people to courier their file to Halifax. the application should have been an online stuff where people will freely apply without spending money on DHL and the likes.

I totally agree with you. Just for 150 application why they are opening special programe. They can easily get 150 people from the state itself or from nearest region. One should able to fill the application online, so that can save lots of money and time of applicants.

I wish other province will open so that one can apply and forget about NS. their system is a crappy one.

its hard to find a list which states all the occupations that are regulated, i think u should try our noc in working in canada website, on the page below u shall fine all the information regarding it --outlook,wages,licensing requirments,jobs etc...hope that helps

During May 1st week if we apply to FSWP 2014 (If CIC open). And May end if we get NSNP nomination letter.

How to handle such situation. Again shall we apply Nomination letter and application copy we have already to CIC.

first of all you will not get nomination letter straight, there will be series of emails sent by Immi if your application is complete and you are eligible to be nominated as per NS Immi officer. So if you have +ve feedback from NS immi then you don't need to apply for FSWP.

Incase you don't want to settle in NS, please inform NS immi about it so that they can nominate another person in the list . Also once you get nomination letter you may wait till 6 months to apply to CIC, you may check if FSW opens then apply for it otherwise apply with nomination letter

Dear frds ,

as per my knowledge , they are just experimenting this program to see the response from the outside.

As per the CIC news they are going to accept 45000 application this year. SSNP had cap of 200 , NS has 150 and now Ontario started with cap of 2500. So dont worry they are going to open provincial one by one..

Be ready with your documents, funds and all
