Maybe they already have a backlog as it happened to Federal last 2012, or they haven't completed all occupations from the list.

Just came across this thread in search of a clarification. After the new changes in NS PNP, can international applicants also apply or is it restricted to individuals already residing in Canada.

two more queries i have.
1) should we show funds of 11000$ with NSNP application form or when we get once nominated ?
2) will payslips and appointment letter of employer serve the purpose of experience letter as my employer is not issuing same for immigration purpose ? or what should be other purpose to get the same ?
please suggest about EXPERINCE LETTER.

Do i need to maintain the funds. all the time till my application is processed?

2. i worked for 3 companys in india. the designations of mine are software engineer , associate consultant, engineer respectively.
how can i match these desigantions in NSNP demand list " Software engineers & Designers"

3. In all my employment letters My companies didnot mentioned roles and responsibility's, How can i over come this?

Not sure if it will work but if u dont have propery go ahead. Otherwise show property docs with valuation of property.

Just go to job duties mentioned on the cic site, mostly u will fall in 2173 or 2174

3. In all my employment letters My companies didnot mentioned roles and responsibility's, How can i over come this?
Roles and responsibilities are not required to be submitted to NS now. But cotact past employers and ask for it. If they deny get in writing that they cant provide such letter.then u can get affidavit done to submit to CIC

Against cap of 150, they have received 65000 application till date.

this program is insane :'( ??? that's 0.2 % chance of being picked. much smaller if you submitted late

In fact, they need to issue 150 nomination for this year. This is not a rocket science.

One way they're telling that they have been facing issue of skilled worker shortage and increase number of immigration quotas till 2015. I am sure that Nomination/PR will takes more than 18/24 months for Nova Scotia province.

I dont understand why they continue to accept applications if they will nominate only 150. I know they will choose the best, but I read in other forum that they accept around 75 app per day. How many application will they accept? There's no sense to be in a queue for the next year. Meanwhile are they doing the pre-screening or not?

They are creating pool of candidates who are ready to move to NS. In future if they require skilled worker employers and govt can pick candidates from pool. It looks to me like EOI only.. I may be wrong but this is my guess
