There is a question in generic application form for canada... You need to enter visa office there..

I wanted to do the same but it takes time to translate and noterize.. Thats why i submitted agreement of sale of the property. Dont know if they will accept it.

Not at nsnp stage but cic Will ask for it. Better apply for it parallely after submiting ur nsnp application.. The immigrstion officer can ask for ECA report any time during nsnp processing

Hi all,

I have appilied under Code 1112 last year under FSW scheme. However my application was returned (including Demand Draft) due to some missing document and my job roles not falling under this category.

Now as I my application was returned without being processed, do I need to mention this in this current application?

Please note that I am now applying under a different code than what I have applied last year under FSW.
Quick reply would greatly help and thanks in advance!!

You are wrong. You cannot move to other province bec you are nominated by NS, NS should benefit from you. They can send you home if they found out that your working in a different province. I know a case with this situation. They can track you because of your SIN.

hi Nursemich a question, under what law they can send us back if we move to another provinces? federal goverment is the one giving PR , no any province , besides what about if i have for example 1 year inside the province with no job or any skilled proper job? dont i have the right to move and find a better place to work and live???? just asking in case i will have to do it, so to make sure i am going to right place

Really??? are you sure all the caps has been filled? I am from ahmedabad..n i am sure you probably from gujarat.
