If someone applies to NSNP, would this affect his other SINP or FWP application?.

If you ask me, i will say you can still apply. Each Province is trying as much as possible to attract Immigrant if you will agree with me.

The only issue i see is that you will not be able to process the two at CIC level.

1. Please, Can I send French documents without translation ?

2. Is IELTS test results required or French Test ? they said in the guide document that one can give a document stating that he either studied in French or English to meet language minimum requirement.

3. Do we have to submit the application by Mail only ? or also by email ? Or can we just send an email to them confirming that we sent the application by mail ?

4. If I send my application today with mail, it won't arrive to them before 6 of march right ?

5. I have a bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering but I have worked for Two years as an Industrial Electrician so what do you think, am I eligible to apply ?

6. do we have to include the CV with documents ?

7. Is this program starting for the first time in NOVA SCOTIA ? Is there a Quota , Cap ?

2. Page 5 of the guide says an officer MAY request a language test anytime during the assessment period. I will suggest you add it if you have and if you don't please take the exam to prepare before hand.

3. By mail. could not see email mentioned anywhere.

4. I do not know your country so I wouldn't have an idea of time it will take.

5. Check the occupation in demand and its related title. I am sorry I am not an engineer.

You have at least two (2) years of continuous full-time work experience within the last five (5) years, in a field of work related to your intended occupation in Nova Scotia.

My concerned is that what does it mean by continuous?
Whether its continues 2 years of experience no break/gap in 5 years OR total 2 years of experience in 5 years in continuous same field of work.

A couple of questions

Section D Application History

I applied for a Student Visa last year, and was denied, Do I need to answer yes or not to this question?, I believe that not because it was a temporary visa and not a Federal application, but I am not sure of that.

talking about the province, I applied to Saskatchewan this year and was not accepted because cap reached, do i need to fill out this explanation?

the last one, at the very end of the form, there is something call the witness, who could it be the witness a lawyer, a friend a relative?

please help with this questions

I understand that is related with the ocuppation you want to work in Nova Scotia, for example you could have 10 years of experience in the computer field, but only 1 year of experience in one particular are for example DataBase Administrator, if database administrator is the ocuppation you fill out in the form, well you have a problem because they request thay you have at leat 2 years of continue experience.

I am unable to fill the forms in Acrobat? Did anyone having same Issue with NSNP 100 form

Well I download PDFILL , this software allows you to write over the PDF and save it at the end, of course you need to pay 20 USD licence to remove the commercial banner from your PDF

I suppose that your birth certificate needs to mention the name of your parents, the same for your spouse and children

If I understood correctly please advice. For example, if someone have 18 months of continuous experience as a computer engineer and then he/she take break of 2 years (unemployed) and he/she joined again as a computer engineer (same field) for 6 and more months. Is it OK?
