There were posts that claim they have called NS and the call center agent mentioned a 150 CAP on this program.

Again, why don't those people record the conversation and upload it here ??

why is it that people who haven't applied yet come up with cap thing ??

GUYS I AM NOT ABLE TO DOWNLOAD GENERIC APPLICATIONF ORM IMM 0008 .... it says "To view the full doc u need lager version of pdf viewer ...

I had the same problem. Try to open it with Internet Explorer and if still does not work, install the last version of Adobe Reader. Then you should try again with multiple browsers. At least, this is how I've solved mine.

I am planning to apply for NSNP. I just want to know, is IELTS mandatory to apply? Can I apply without IELTS? Letter from University for medium of instructions in English is helpful or not in that case ? Is that possible to take IELTS exam after Nomination Acceptance?

Please tell me if do you think that CAP 150 is feasible if I will send my application for NOC 2171 next week in the 28'th of March ? I've just changed my passport and it takes till then to release.

What does 150CAP means? Im a bit confused.. does this mean that the 1st 150 applicants are just the ones to be approved?

I just get a reply from nova scotia immigration office.
They said that they are still accepting applications but they will be nominated only 150.

I have some things that are unclear regarding the FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

It is specified that "You can provide one or a combination of the following ... ".
If I have an apartment will it be sufficient to prove the value of it as 60000 CAD and mortgage of 25000 CAD ? Because if it is, I prefer not to loose time with "Letter of financial institution", "Financial institution's statements", etc.

So, by prooving that I have this property, do I still have to show that I " have enough funds to support yourself and your dependents after you arrive in Nova Scotia ". For two persons this is $13,837, money that we don't have and we have to find a way to borrow from somebody.

This is very important for me, thank you in advance for help

yes letter from university and employer will be required if you don't have IELtS score.
you can appear for IELTS after applying to NSNP, once you get nomination, submit IELTS score to CIC

you already provided passport number in another section, btw passport is not considered as unique identity anywhere in world.
if you are from India and have adhar card, then put the adhar card number there. otherwise leave it blank

Although property is considered as valid proof of fund at NSNP stage, CIC may not accept it.
Better submit the financial statements of 3 months for yourself and spouse. Even if you don't have sufficient funds in the accounts the combination of account statements and property will be more than specified amount for 2 people
