The only thing you need to do is check

http://novascotiaimmigration.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/In-Demand-List-of-Occupations.pdf

The Fact is Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer is not in the list, however civil engineer is in the list, and you even have Master degree, I think that you are over qualified, so try to match all the engineer career of this document to see if your experience match with someone, also do a research on the internet to find out if there is job offered in Nova Scotia according with your experience this will be helpful in your application.

you need to do a deep research, is on your hands,

this site could help

http://www23.statcan.gc.ca/imdb/p3VD.pl?Function=getVD&TVD=122372&CVD=122375&CPV=213&CST=01012011&CLV=3&MLV=4

research, research !!

good luck

It is a good idea to do this because , again if you read the document , they could ask for this document in any part of the process, however to apply is not mandatory.

I am waiting for mine, I applied using ICAS of canada on february, still wating (6 - 8 weeks)
