Hello:

Nova Scotia has only 700 nominations for this year. We are looking for applications who are commited to Nova Scotia as their first choice for immigration and are willing and able to permanently settle in Nova Scotia. As you have already applied to Quebec it appears NS is not your first choice.

Yes it is true (not mentioning about the mail) they are taking 700 nominees for a year which includes other nominee program like skilled workers, family business worker.

This is true . If you apply for 2 provences . Your both applications could be canceled as you have to mentioned at the forms

Yes you can if you and your place of study can provide documents that you have undergone full time study in Engligh
