I had talked with nsoi employee yesterday . She told me that they are still processing files received upto mid of march . They will not increase number of nominations fixed . Also i have noticed that nobody is getting prescreen email since last one month . I think they are very close to their target and will not send any fresh prescreen mail . We should look for some other option now .

Yes, I guess you are right, but unfortunately there is no other option for me due to my age (for FSW). I need to score 23 points for IELTS.
I tried several times, but maximum achivement was 21 points.

Hi itexpert,
You can try to pass French (TEF) to get 5points or if you have spouse ask to pass IELTS too. It adds points for FSW.

I know about those possibilities, but I don't know French, and my wife tried to pass too(twice), but it(Listening) was lower than CLB Level 4.

Sorry to hear about your situation. Why are you desperately looking for Canada Immigration? Ultimately, it makes frustration to you as well as family members. Instead start working on your expertise in your education/field and do it your best in your country. Meanwhile, be ready with all paper works and try to get maximum points....

It is only possible to get immigration with job offers. Wait for express entry program or wait for other PNP program.
But be ready with all the documents.

I would honestly tell you that Canadian immigration system is increasing IELTS band expectation day by day.

World is not end in the Canada.

Do you think perhaps you will be able to qualify under the new Expression of Interest (EOI) due in 2015?
I wonder if the criteria is going to be the same under FSW with age limitations or will this give chance also to older applicants?

I guess it will be just same system but just there will be more interaction with potential employers...

I hope for that too.
Actually I cannot predict how EOI could work. I suppose that priority will be given to employers. It is first time for Canadian employers to be involved in Selection part via EOI system , which is already implemented in Australia and New Zealand.

As I understood, the criterias will be the same as for FSW, CEC and PNP, and applicants will be selected based on the selection by employer, and after 6 months your data will be deleted from Federal Database in case of unsuccess.

Nothing will happen with you because you are just complaining instead of working on your week area which is needed in immigration.

You probably wanted to write "weak", but how you can judge me, when you don't know what I am doing for immigration?
And it is not a complain, but fact.

So, try not to blame others. It is not respectful.

I am aware that i will be sending my application package to CIO in Sydney Nova Scotia, but someone advised me that PNP files' Visa Office is "CPC-Sydney", and CEC files' Visa Office is "CPC-Ottawa"
Please advise. I highly appreciate your help guys.

If you are apply from Canada and USA then it's Case Processing Center - Ottawa.

If you are apply from India then it's Delhi.

I have been residing in Canada since 2010. So, i will use CPC-O.
Not sure why an immigration agent advised me to put in CPC- Sydney for PNP files. lol

only 50% nomination issued. Please check my earlier post.
I am 100% sure, they will check all the applications received as nominate more than 150 as they need lot of ppl from 2015 onwards.
