Hi,
I recently received nomination from NovaScotia. Thanks everyone for the help.

1. But the problem is that I had also applied to Federal Skilled Worker Program 2014 in May 2014. I have not received any acknowledgement and neither my credit card is charged. I am not sure which option is better (going ahead with NSNP or waiting for FSW 2014 to go through). I am wondering if senior members or anyone have any input. As far as I understand, timewise NSNP will be quick to get the final PR visa (since they will do only medical and criminal check etc.) and FSW will take it own time to process the application. Any thought?



2. Next question is how to withdraw my FSW 2014 application? I had given CC authorization. Is there a way to communicate to them? Somewhere I read that I can instruct my credit card company to decline the payment and that will ensure that my application is cancelled.

3. I have six months to send for the federal (second) part of NSNP to CIC-Sydney, NS but I am going to send in next two weeks. Do I mention in that application to withdraw my other FSW application?

Please help.

1. NS nomination will take a shorter time, FSW will check documents NSIO already checked per its own stream. With FSW however, you can reside anywhere in Canada. The pros and cons are clear. Faster PR or flexibility on where to settle.

2. I'll do two things if you decide to withdraw your FSW. First to block the charge by calling your credit card and simultaneously writing to FSW to withdraw your application.

3. YOu contact FSW directly and separately to withdraw and NOT with the processing of your NS nomination.

o Do you have credit cards?

o Do you have property?

o You have provided account statements under your husband’s name. Do you have an account your own name?



If you have answered yes to any of the above mentioned questions, please provide details here (along with other assets and liabilities) you haven’t presented previously. Provide supporting documentation accordingly.



Please submit corresponding financial information that reflects this information.

Make appropriate changes to funds in Schedule 4, if necessary.

SETTLEMENT SUPPORTS

- Provide transactional history of your chequing bank account for the last three months. Please ensure your name is on the statement along with account number.

- Provide pay stubs for the past 3 months.

AS PER YOUR QUESTION: Provide them the statement of account you have- current (chequing) or savings account. For your spouse certifications, what is his profession? I did not read where they asked you to show your spouse certification!

yes JA is my assigned officer. my spouse profession is mechanical engg. did he ask the same questions from you also and after how many days submitting your documents you received nomination?

Hello guys,
