Try 2241 or 2283. See the job description for both as its mentioned technicians. I think you should fit in either one of these. Be positive and check

some guys are applying without IELTS, just getting a letter that the whole course was taught in english. is it okay?

This is what the guide says

You may provide one or more of the following, showing that you meet
CLB/NCLC Level 5:
 Copies of test results from one of the designated testing
agencies.
 Educational transcripts, documents, employment history,
references indicating English or French as the principal language
of instruction or communication.

So if somebody can prove this then they can do so

That is CIC and Immigration office for you. You never know what is in store

I have applied for quebec couple of years ago, i just received the file number that time. From that onward no news.
So should i i put the date when i applied for CSQ in IMM 0008 form?

7) Have you received your Certificate de selection du Quebec? No
8) If yes, please indicate the number? --
9) If no, when did you apply for your CSQ?

Do i need to mention the date for question 9?
Any immediate response will be great help.

I have sent my application package to NSNP, but i am also getting my ECA done with a view to applying for FSW (whenever it restarts), if in the meantime i get nomination from NSNP, will it be safe for me to apply for FSW as well, what could be the possible pros and cons?
