Then there is no chances for people who applied in April, because cap will fill in march only then..
Will it be best suitable or first come.
Will they see all the files and then choose or they will only see first 150 and then all will be refused or so..
I m not clear in these points.

Because if it would have been first 150 then till now all the applications might have got returned..but till now there is no revert from them.

I think there should be a different column specifying NOC details also./
so that everyone can have a n idea
