Yes the bank is State bank of India and there are only Rs.346000 in it.....so he attached his PPF savings a/c statement which is about 9 lakhs....

Hi guys.....I want to share with you that one of my friends got a refusal mail
And the reason they mentioned is Funds not verifiable.....
So this means that they are verifying funds also.....

Guys...I think they are processing all the files....they are verifying every single document..
why I am saying that.
1.My application was recieved on April 10.
2.My document complete including the ECA which was done last year by WES.
3.WES did credential assessment and since they send the report I never hear any thing from them.
4.2 days ago I recieve email from WES , like an advertisement about thier services.
TO CONCLUDE:I think NS they contacted them to verify my document which I sent, that, s why they remember me in thier media emailing list.
Just a simple thinking give me a great hope.
What do you think guys.

some people already got nominations, some-refusal.

I am afraid that people who didnt get any prescreenining email will get back their unopened applications :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

I actually called the NS office today and they confirmed that they are presently working on the ones recd around mid of March, so guess we need to give some more time .

A friend of mine.......he is presently in NS

Actually they are not rigid......eg. if they say we r making three pools.....they are doing this but they are also giving nominations whom they think is better.......
So there is no rigid approach.....all they want is complete file and easily verifiable docs.......

But he has about 1240000 which is equal to $22920 as per todays value......which is well above the reqd. amount! (about $17000 for three persons)

Friend yesterday I call to NSOI, she replied that they have heap of files and they will finish nomination upto first week of july, so wait for positive reply.

One more thing is use Magicjack for free International call, its too good....

Based on the tracking sheet and updates from NSOI, they are currently processing applications that were received on March 12th - 14th. The last update was March 13th for a FN. Also, go to page 307 under sbssmile's signature and upload your timeline into the google document for tracking. You can see who has received communication from NSOI and there document receipt date
