I am just a bit confused about this issue.
Under the RLMD this is open to applicants up to age 55. Say we assume that Nova Scotia province nominates you and proceed to next step and send completed documents for CIC.
Is it likely that they can reject you under the age criteria for someone above age 46 since no points are awarded over that age?
I am thinking that could there be conflict that province nominates you but you still fail to meet minimum 67 points under any of their criteria (e.g. age) for the federal cic requirements?
Appreciate your thoughts on this.
Thanks
No you don't have to reach it.Dreamer2014 said:If I got nominated by NS do I have to reach the thershold of the 67 points of canada in order to continue Canada part or not
