thats a big question which even they did not anticipated. Most asians and people from developing nations aspire to immigrate to US/Canada irrespective of job opportunities.

this is not only about job opportunities but so many people will also waste their money which they paid to Agents and for filing documents.

Hi, If NS receive only required application, they will be forced to choose unqualified candidate. So they want more application to choose better.

I m little worried now. I didn't knew 2173 is regulated. My settlement plan is with the assumption that my occupation is unregulated...
