I have submitted my file for cook, is there any one apply for chef or cook ?
My IElts score card will be expiring 30 march 2014, file submitted on 28th march 2014.
Should I take another exam date or not ?

I seen a note given in website,

"NOTE: All new economic immigration applications must first be mailed to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada."

As we fall under "economic" . which office we shud consider?

It is another issue. Simply, if you get nomination, you will send another file to CIO in Sydney.

what is the employment / education letter. where we i can get it apart from above!

try to support job offers with pay slabs or insurance certificate.

Just now i noticed that i have mentioned my visa office wrong. Instead of abu dhabi i wrote London.... Now will happen... Will there be any problem bcoZ of that????

I believe that it will not a great issue and if you get nomination, correct it in CIC step and send clarification letter to CIC during the second step mentioning why you change your immigration office

Hi Guys

Could somebody briefly explain me at first step,Do we have to submit both NSNP-100 and CIC forms at the same time.
Or first we submit NSNP-100 and its supporting documents and once it will be nominated then we can proceed with second step which is submission of CIC forms.

You need to send copy of CIC forms with original NSNP 100 and copy of supporting documents in first step. However, if you get nomination, you will send CIC original forms + some of original supporting documents (upon CIC request) in the 2nd step.

- My Passport is valid for 2 years but my wife & child passport expire after 2 month it necessary renew the passport.

You should at least to be in safe side

1) Yes and if you need to fill it on computer, do it but sign to make it original.
2) I don't think so, may you can sponsor him after arrival and settle in NS.
3) You must renew your wife's and kids' passports especially that your wife is the main applicant.
4) If you get any letter from your work or educational organization that you use English in daily work activity, you can exclude it. However, I believe that you should be ready because they may request it in further steps.

We have received a huge number of applications for the Regional Labour Market Demand stream, though, and we will only be nominating 150 of those this year. The successful applicants – the ones who are nominated – will meet all of the qualifications listed in our guidelines, will have included all of the information and documents that are required, and show a sincere intention to live in Nova Scotia.

Q: What will happen to my application after you reach 150?
A: We’ll give you the option of withdrawing your application or keeping it in the queue for next year.

I can say u are wrong.Its a bit confusion.

But its clearly mentioned in the website & RMLD guide,who ever is applying as a provisional nominee should apply to "Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia (Canada)"

"Do not send your application to the visa office that serves your home country"

You can see this in "Apply: Provisional nominies" section.

Once nominated by the Province you are responsible for submitting within 6 months a complete application
package for a permanent resident visa to the CIC processing centre listed in your Letter of Nomination.

You will see the same in your letter of Nomination, I am agree that in brief they have mentioned to Sydney NS IO. But still you need to set your local canada high commission in the application which they use to communicate in case you verification and other local stuff.

I am thinking that CAP 150 is for a stream and they might accept 150 per occupation (Stream).
