What exact changed?? Did you found any change in the update?dreamzzz said:Effective April 1, 2014, applications to the RLMD must be based on the above list of occupations in demand in Nova Scotia. This is due to changes to the information available on the federal government's Working in Canada website. - See more at: http://novascotiaimmigration.com/immigrate/regional-labour-market-demand/#sthash.USsTKzFX.dpuf

To me it looks like same list and even they are not stopping us to send application.
PCC would not be required for this application (NSNP).CanadaVisaUser said:Dear experts,
I am planning to apply under NSNP within a day or two; please help me to resolve couple queries as follows:
1. Do I need to get a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) while applying for NSNP OR at the time of applying to CIC if I get approved by NSNP?
2. While applying for NSNP, do I need to submit my original employment letter (which contains job duties, pay, etc) or copy of this letter would work?
I'd highly appreciate your quick response.
Thanks.

if anyone has commited any crime then pcp is need right now, or else with the cic forms

orginal employement letter is better as when u shall apply to cic, u shall need a new upto date employement letter, if not possible to get a new in future date , then send a copy now!
I'd highly appreciate your quick response.
Thanks.
I dont know what NSNP IO wants to do..... Initially they not mentioned that capping of 150 and after some days they came up with capping.dreamzzz said:i wasnt able to spot the changes also, only those whose noc are removed shall be able to tell or the nspnp programe guys??????
Yup, they are very diplomatic with notifications..can2174 said:NOTICE: The NSOI has received a large number of applications for the Regional Labour Market Demand stream. We will only be nominating 150 in total this calendar year. Please take this into consideration when determining whether you wish to apply to the RLMD.
Isnt it way of saying we have recieved enough apllication to nominate 150, kindly submit applications at your own risk.
Gaurav, people might start getting updated from next month....I am just guessinggaurav2571 said:Has anyone received the nomination letter ?
