to be frank I don't think so as I know many Asians have started the procedure after I did and they are already in Canada.
the process is very long that's a truth and we feel lost while waiting.

I don't know how to react. But Thanks to all for your good wishes.

I was wondering what are the steps for federal, if you guys can advise me, it will be great.

Age 16
English 4 In total
Spouse education 4
Spouse experience 3
Spouse Age 2
Child 4
Fund 1

In total they gave me 55 points but not gave any point for experience so I got 2nd ITR. I sent certificate and awarded points so they must have assessed as per old rule.

Have u sent the class action mail to courts clerk or to whom..and have u sent by dhl or any other courier service.. And have u received a receipt from the court clerk or just received a delivered receipt from the courier service.. Plz reply friend..

Thanks friend.. That's mean u didn't inform to midi that u don't participate the class action..I sent a mail that I don't participate the class action against midi as they mentioned in the website.. Is it OK... I am bit confused now..
