2014 Applicants, not yet received CSQ

I am in same situation Bro since September 2016 no updates or news regarding CSQ or intention to rejection letter .last time I spoke to MIDI they told me to keep patience as my case not yet reached to priliminary review and most probably treated acording to new point system.I am hoping might 2018 bring new rules which support our case.

but its not sure that new rules is applicable for August 2016 applicants or not.Because according to old rules i am eligible but accroding to new rules i am not eligible so what i can do for clarity please suggest.I am in worst situation.My consultant told me there is no as such news for new rules applicability on august 2016 applicants.

Bro there is no doubt if incase any new point system enter into stream all of us no matter 2014 or 2016 will consider as a same .so don't worry if we would be lucky will get that chance other wise can try other region .

And really there is no clear picture about what will be happen to us some candidates who are waiting since 2013 and our so called consultants have nothing to say .

Call to MIDI, ask if your "priliminary review" had started before 8th march, if don't you are going ti be evaluate with new grille

I studied 2year technical post secondary.
Specialist in machinist (Total 14 years full time study)

Can you please help me to know my point which requires minimum of 59 to get CSQ.

I got file number : October 2014.
Update done by September 2016 because we got intent to rejection letter on July.
Contact MIDI -* their reply is " file is waiting for preliminary review".
No update till date.

Two reasons :
1. At a point when we think of an alternative way somewhere someone says that they got CSQ. Which gives us hope to wait further believing we will also get it today or tomorrow or soon. This keeps on happening everytime.

2. Have to go through all that similar process of application filling, spending again money, documents attestation expenses and further more taking again IELTS with more score.

Seems a bit scary ...

My dear friend EE is a walk in the park compared with CSQ
If you have
1. Done your ECA (else,get done )
2. Have completed IELTS & is valid ~ else get done
3. Fall under any of the category under EE ~ Federal Skilled Worker / Canadian Experience Class / Federal Skilled Trades program
4. And you’ve anything close to CRS 400+, try to improve ur ielts and get an ita

Filing all online...just get ur PCCs from countries you’ve stayed more than 6 months (total even if spread across ten years ) in last 10 years

Filing is very simple & all it costs is $1040 including the visa fee and Right to PR fee....
just see if EE suits ur profile and if you meet the criteria then it may make more sense to chase it than wait for the mercy

Hello Friends

I have applied for quebec immigration in Mar-14. I have got my file number in Jul-17. Also received intension to reject in Jul-16, replied in Oct-16, Since then there is no reply. i have called many times they told me to wait till Jan-18 as preliminary review has already started and decision is to be taken. It is more than 44 months. still no clue regarding CSQ. Is there anyone who has applied in 2014 and waiting for CSQ or have recently received CSQ?

But this is not fare because we submit our files according to old rules and also pay money .This is totally disgusting for all of us who applied in June and August -2016.If they want to change the rules then they must have to give any news or announcements about that before June and August-2016.

I have AR 12th july 2017 (reception of documents) and till today no reason about CSQ even any candidate; and yes, MIDI is evaluating with the last table (8th march)

It is frustrating this delays, I am advanced in the process but it is taking too much time dude
