It's not done yet. They haven't do medical yet so everything can happen. They usually send medical and RPRF togather

That's what I mean. You've just received request for medical and fee. It doesn't mean it's done. You still have to visit doctor and wait for the assessment of your med, so everything can still happen.
All the best any way

So!, according to our plan, we did our medical test last friday the 9th, but we finished until yesterday, because my husband presented high blood pressure, so, the Md sent him to the cardiologist to check the issue.
The cardiologist did a ECG and a map from the heart and a holter monitor examination to determine if it was stress or if he has a medical condition to be treated before arrive to Canada.
Thankfully, it was just stress for the meds, so, we are ready to pay our fees and send the medical info.

Happy to continue on the road!!!

I have a question?, Anybody knows how long does it take to CIC ask for the passports? or what's next?

Regards my friends!! Wink

Just to confirm - did you receive RPRF request?

If yes, please check again as I observe that there are many cases of which RPRF request comes together with MR. You might receive 1 email for RPRF plus MR and another one for Medical report form (IMM1017)

Yes I received the email for RPRF request.
I doubled checked and there is no Medical Request email!

Did you have upfront medical check?
FYI, I received RPRF and medical request in the same email. It said that my medical report form would come within 72 hours
What is your status in ECAS? Does it mention about medical request?

No upfront medical exam.
The status is "in process" and nothing is mentioned about medical exam.
Maybe they're doing to do medical in the last step!

I notice that you received RPRF on Oct 22. Therefore, you might have to wait until next Tuesday to see ECAS updated.

I received on oct 15 but only saw it in ECAS on Oct 21

I guess you will receive your MR by latest next Monday. Good luck!

Hi Received a generic reminder letter today that is asking me determine if any of the sections apply to me. It asks for

  • Passport
  • Police Certificates
  • Missing Schedule Information
  • RPRF

I have two questions:

1. I haven't had a request for medical yet, should I pay the RPRF now or wait for the medical?
2. Is it fine to just email the receipt or do i have to mail in a hard copy too?

Thanks in advance

I also got the reminder letter without a MR. I know another guy with the same situation.
I paid it online and just emailed the receipt to the email address mentioned in the letter.
But other documents (passport, police certificate, schedule) if applicable to you, need to be mailed to them.

Thanks,

All other things are fine, it's just police certificate that might be an issue.

I am inland applicant and provided 3 year old Police certificates and an explanation that I had been in Canada ever since. When my AOR was received, it said in the letter that no other information was required at the moment and I assumed that they were satisfied with my explanation. This is what it had said with the AOR:

Your application has now been placed into processing.
This correspondence also acknowledges receipt of your fee payment
Please do not forward additional documents unless requested.

Does anyone know if that is a general letter or did they actually go through the docs and see everything was in-order and would have requested for the certificates then?

I actually had applied for new police certificates from the embassy back then but the embassy still hasn't issued my certificates yet (....yes they are slow....)
