They wanted to know which areas they might be in danger in, i.e. high blood pressure. And try to control it by eating the right food etc.
I am wondering if I should do the same, while waiting for MR. I have been eating healthy for 5 months now and I always have good BP, cholesterol and sugar levels but I am on the heavy side. So, obviously, one would never know how health changes with age. It might cost a little bit extra but the idea is to avoid any further delays.
Myself, I'm also prepping up for the medical right now. Hopefully, our medicals will be fine when we reach that stage.
