i told you it will come sooner than you expect.

this is the first move, expect a faster moves in the next days.

in my case it was 5 days between start processing (16 June) date and PPR date (21 June - mid night of 20 june)

C-24 is approved and i think it will be effective on June 2015.

What is c24

it is the Bill (proposed law) regarding the Citizenship application rules.

it is approved in June 2014 but not yet in force till June 2015.

in which they changed the rules to apply for Citizenship:

most important changes:

- you should spend 4 years out of 6 years in Canada (was 3 years out of 4 years)

- in which any time you spent in canada before being PR will not count .. this will affect all of us as we spent time in canada as students or worker before getting PR (in old law, each day before PR will be counted as half day in the last 2 years before the PR)
